Program Content

This program shows the participant all the office productivity enhancement tools, methods and techniques. It is intended for those responsible for Organizing, Managing or Supervising Office Services in your Organization.
The participant will take away productivity improvement, quality improvement, customer satisfaction and cost reduction ideas from the program. At the end of the program the participant will prepare an action plan for his own office situation.
